The risk of a global war starting in Asia is a real concern for defence experts, especially in Japan. Tokyo has hosted another gathering of the foreign ministers from the so-called Quad, an informal defence group which includes Japan, the US, India and Australia. The Quad is designed to keep balance of security in the Indo-Pacific. But as Andrew Peaple and Duncan Bartlett discuss in this podcast, in doing so, it raises the stakes with China.
